All plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial, and all features of the selected plan are available during the trial period.

You can choose the trial subscription after signing up to the Developer API Portal.

The BASIC plan provides full access to our latest exchange rates, with a limit of 1.000 request/month.

The PROFESSIONAL plan provides full access to:

• Increased requests per month

• Historical exchange rates

• Currency conversion endpoint

Additionally, we offer assistance during the implementation phase and provide standard support.

The ENTERPRISE plan provides full access to all the features of our service, advanced integrations, premium support and 99,9% SLA uptime.

If the requests provided with our ENTERPRISE plan are not sufficient, you can contact us to create a personalized plan tailored to your specific needs.

Subscribers to the ENTERPRISE plan can request a dedicated secure FTP connection for the delivery of exchange rates. You can choose the format (JSON, XML, CSV) and the structure of the exchanged files. The plan includes up to 3 different connections.

FTP connectivity requests should be made via email, so we can arrange the necessary details.

You can retrieve exchange rates from:

• 1st January 2024 for all the supported providers.
• 1st January 2025 for our internal exchange rates.

Please note that not all central banks support historical rates, so the endpoint will only return the available data.

We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for the ENTERPRISE plan. All other plans receive best-effort service with no uptime guarantee.

Uptime is measured on a monthly basis, from successful API responses (as reflected on our status page ). If we fall below 99.9% in a calendar month, you can request a refund on that month’s subscription fee:

– Below 99.9% and down to 95%: 50% of the subscription price for the month.
– Below 95%: 100% of the subscription price for the month.

Scheduled and emergency maintenance, and internet or infrastructure outages outside our control, are excluded from downtime calculations.

To request a refund, email us within 30 days of the end of the affected month. Full terms are in our Service Level Agreement .
